This residential renovation features a newly renovated second story deck and enclosed entertaining area addition which Cobb Hill tied into the existing basement. The nearly 1100 sq/ft renovation features beautiful custom woodwork, coffered ceilings, Madera hardwood-look tile, custom bead board, and new LED recessed lighting throughout. The deck was rebuilt using durable Azek decking, and accented by a custom Fypon railing system. 

 

This grand addition is highlighted by custom french doors, and windows lining the full wall leading to the backyard of the home.
